Hi everyone I am Chanel the youngest member of the gang, I think I was a bit of a shock to them all actually, life was so peaceful until I arrived on the scene I soon changed all that.    Mum used to call me Chanel Chanel the puppy from Hell.   I'm sure she didn't mean it at all, I mean the fence surely wasn't meant to keep me off the grass was it, and wasn't their bed made for laying on?   Was it my fault she had white quilts and I had muddy paws, any way the patterns I made were really great and what's more original.   Any way I have grown up now I  don't jump over the fence any more.   I love going to training classes there so much to learn, and mum usually manages to keep up with  me (although she struggles sometimes)   Our trainer says I am really bright and mum has to push to get the best out of me, I know all about pushing the boundaries I do it every day (he he).   We all love going on holidays, digging in the sand or running through forests it's great, although I am not that keen on the sea.   Angel and Thorn love to swim, but I can't see why they enjoy it so much it's just so wet. Dad says I'll get used to it but I'm not so sure I want to get used to it.

Anyway I'm off to torment Thorn now, he has picked up a toy which is mine, not sure what toy it is but its mine, anyway see you soon luv Chanel xx ring me or email me would luv to hear from anyone really xx

   WELL ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE MUM HAS UPDATED MY PAGE, (LAZY MUM) BUT I HAVE LOTS TO TELL YOU, I HAVE BEEN TO A COUPLE OF MORE SHOWS WHERE MUM SAYS I DID REALLY WELL TAKING A FIRST AT HUDDERSFIELD IN THE TEENAGER CLASS AND ALSO TAKING A 1ST IN BIRMINGHAM.   I WAS A BIT NAUGHTY ON MY FIRST TRY AT OBEDIENCE BUT I HAVE BEEN WORKING HARD AND I THINK I HAVE FINALLY BEGUN TO GET WHAT MUM WANTS - SHE SAYS I MAY BE READY TO COMPETE NEXT SEASON.   I HAVE NOW PASSED BOTH MY SILVER AND GOLD GOOD CITIZENS AND MASTERED SENDAWAYS ALTHOUGH MUM SAYS THESE ARE STILL A BIT HIT & MISS AND I MUST LEARN TO SHOW MORE ATTENTION WHEN WORKING - NOT SURE WHAT ALL THAT MEANS BUT I AM SURE IT WILL COME TO ME SOON.....MAYBE LOL.

ITS NOW JANUARY AND I HAVE ABOUT GOT OVER THIS XMAS THINGY WHEN  WE GET MORE PRESENTS THAN NORMAL AND I HAVE LOTS OF VISITORS TO PLAY WITH, I WISH THORN WOULDN'T OPEN MOST OF THE PRESSIES BUT I DID GET TO OPEN ONE OR TWO.   MY TRAINING IS COMING ON AND I UNDERSTAND WHAT MUM WANTS MOST OF THE TIME, WHETHER WE WANT THE SAME THING AT THE SAME TIME IS STILL NOT ALWAYS THE WAY IT WORKS OUT.   STILL WORKING ON THAT BIT TEE HEE

Well folks alot has happened since Mum last bothered to update the site, I won a rosette for best GSD at the last show I competed at in Sept 2009, Mum was over moon because I did my out of sight stays, well to be honest managed it on the Saturday had to sit up on the Sunday, I didn't really feel like competing at all I was so out of sorts.   Then Mum found out I was having babies and she felt really guilty because she thinks she should have known how I was feeling for heaven sake you humans do like to blame yourselves I didnt know how I was feeling just not right.   Anyway sailed through carrying, but hit a problem when it came to delivering, to cut a long story short I had to go to the vets for a sleep and when I woke up you would never guess what they gave me this  noisy little thing and said it was mine.   WELL you could have knocked me down with a feather I didnt know what to make of  it at first, but after sleeping with her that night I new she was mine all mine and had to look after her, she is nearly 4 weeks now and she is adorable Mum says we can keep her forever so I am just so happy, not sharing her with Thorn although Mum keeps telling me he is her dad, let him go to the vets for a sleep and get his own baby thats what I say.   Catch up soon Love & Licks Chanel

Well its been a funny year getting used to having a puppy to look after she is as big as me now they grow so quick don't they but she still needs to be reminded now and then that she is still a youngster and has lots to learn.   Like stay out of my bowl pup until I have finished leave my dumbell alone get your own and NO you cant have every toy I pick up.   I have started to compete again now, but have to take the youngster with me its hard to find good minders now days, but I don't really mind taking her with me, and it helps her to get used to other dogs she still finds it a bit hard to read other dogs sometimes thats the problem with an only pup they don't learn doggy ways as they do when there are several in the litter but she is getting more confident now.   We are all looking forward to getting down to perfecting things over the winter and then before you know it, the new season will be here and we will be out and about again.

The new 2011 season has started and Mum says I am finally getting it all together, so far this year I brought home 3 rosettes a 4th a 5th a Best GSD and the latest was a 2nd, really going to push for my first red rosette now, and getting more confident in A and can cope well without having my Mum keep reminding me what I have to do.   Mum says I just have to slow down a bit and think more for myself.

                                                                            2011 updates

I have managed to obtain several rosettes so far this year, a 4th a couple of 5th best gsd but  my best placing being at the Wirral when I won a 2nd,  mum was so pleased with us she hummed all the way home.

August 15th 2011, I know why I have been feeling a little bit tired and a little less interested in training, I know now I am about to become a mum again, I seem to have put a lot more weight on than when I was carrying Cashmere and I seem to finishing my meals quicker so my mum has been giving me a little bit extra so I think there may be more than one puppy to look after this time.  

August 22nd, I now only have a couple of weeks before my puppies arrive, but we are keeping things a normal as possible its so easy to get bored just laying around waiting for the big day when I am used to training with my Mum, so we are still doing a bit each night just restricting the running around a bit.   To be honest I don't really want to be dashing around I feel a bit heavy round the middle for that lol I look a bit heavy too!!!

Jan 2012 updates

Well I have my puppies and for a while life was very demanding, I loved them all dearly but to be honest I don't think I would have  coped if they had all stayed although mum did say if we won the lottery she would have kept them all.   Thats all well and good when they are small but don't think we would have the room to put all the food bowls done for them when they are my size.   We chose a little girl to keep and she is more than enough to deal with on a daily basis.

After the puppies had gone I did feel quite under the weather for a few weeks my coat was dreadful and I did look out of condition, but I am back to my old self now and looking forward to getting out and about at the shows again.   Look out everyone I mean business this year.................
